    The truth is, before I started my 6 week PQ-program with Shirin, I had no idea about the subject, but I knew that I had not been well for several years, because of the failures and betrayals I had to experience and a series of other events, I could not be myself at all.

    Before the course, I tried to work by myself through books and other different sources, but it didn't work, or if it did, it wasn't tangible for me. I was looking for the roots of my problems to solve, for solutions to be genuinely practical and not just on the surface. I don't know how it all happened. I just know that I trusted my heart and signed up with Shirin’s 6-week 1-2-1 PQ program.

    And now everything has really changed a lot.

    Since I entered the course, by doing merely the exercises on the first day, the changes and maintaining the energy level and recovery were quite tangible. And the further it went, the more obvious and effective this root treatments and character strengthening exercises became.

    What was special for me in this course was Shirin’s approach to matters and her wonderful insight and awareness of things. The fact that Shirin listened to me, and we used analysed things together and got results together was incredible. If it wasn't for Shirin, I don't think I would have come to such insights in my life on various issues, from self-knowledge to relationships or even career.

    I am a relatively semantic person, and Shirin's presence helped me to understand why I made decisions, and if in the middle of work, they wanted to take my energy for various reasons, they couldn't, and this was a very good feeling.

    If I want to summarise the course I spent with Shirin and its result in one sentence: it gave me eternal inner peace, independent of events; and I wish it would not end.

    My sessions with Shirin coincided very randomly with relatively turbulent days of my life and I am very happy with this circumstance! I found a healthy toolbox to apply beyond different events.     Apart from this, another personal experience was that I felt like Shirin was speaking MY language. First of all, when I chose to start this course, the most important factor that made me want to work with her was because I knew her and her style more or less, but I really didn't think it would match so much, as if someone from outside me spoke to me.     I spent months looking for an approach to overcome ‘’laziness’’ or in other word ‘’procrastination’’. While there were so many books and recourses available, none resonated with me. In fact, none seemed to have permanent effect. In searching for the right approach, I came across your account on Instagram. I knew what I was after by then; an approach that was evidence-based and was scientific. Most importantly, an approach I could accommodate in may busy daily schedule. You introduced ‘’Positive Intelligence’’ to me. You taught me how we could use our own thoughts to sabotage ourselves. Not only that you taught me to identify my saboteurs and work toward learning how to manage them on a daily basis. Through the lens of positive intelligence, I was able to train my mind to serve me rather than sabotaging me. Although I have a long way to go, I am confident I now can take baby steps into training my brain muscles with the right tools.
